Job Summary: Providing technical support to users, maintaining and configuring systems, managing networks, and monitoring servers—with a focus on problem resolution and implementing IT projects. Involvement in IT projects and system monitoring **Contract Type:** CLT **Location:** Maceió \- AL **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** Fixed salary \- R$1\.800,00 \+ Transportation Voucher (VT) **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to users (hardware and software); * Maintaining and configuring computers and peripherals; * Installing and configuring operating systems and applications; * Managing local area networks (LAN) and internet connections; * Resolving network and connectivity issues; * Monitoring servers and systems; * Documenting procedures and solutions; * Assisting in the implementation of IT projects; * Large-scale disk cloning **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in technical support (hardware and software) * Knowledge of hardware maintenance (computers, printers); large-scale disk cloning using software (Aomei, Acronis); computer hardware and software; computer networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN); Windows and Linux operating systems * Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Higher education or technical degree (in progress or completed) in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields * Computer Maintenance course * Computer Networking course * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) * Knowledge of information security * Experience with network monitoring tools * Technical English * Strong communication skills **Competencies:** * Problem-solving ability * Strong communication and teamwork skills Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: * Systems Analysis and Development, Higher Education * Computer Maintenance and Support, Technical Course * Informatics, Technical Course * Information Technology, Higher Education Languages: * English (Intermediate) Driver's License: B Willingness to travel Transportation Voucher
