ME Account Executive

**Responsibilities and duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Manage corporate client base, ensuring expansion and retention of the Field Sales portfolio; * Manage existing accounts and develop long-term customer relationships, fostering loyalty to prevent churn; * Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities and present new solutions to clients during each visit; * Act as the main point of contact for client issues and requests, monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance their experience; * Collaborate with other teams (technical support, marketing, etc.) to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions; * Maintain detailed records in the CRM and produce regular sales activity reports; * Experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications and digital solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective.
