Job Summary: Physics teacher responsible for planning and delivering theoretical and practical classes, applying active learning methodologies and educational technologies, as well as collaborating with the pedagogical team to support students’ continuous development. Collaborate with the pedagogical team and develop projects Description: * Completed undergraduate degree (teacher training program) in Physics. * Teaching experience in the field. * Knowledge of Didactics and Educational Legislation. * Experience with Educational Technologies, Active Methodologies, Curriculum Plans, Teaching Plans, and Educational Processes. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Plan and develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and SESI’s educational guidelines. * Design and deliver theoretical and practical lessons using diverse methodologies and supplementary bibliographies. * Observe the skills and learning objectives defined for each curricular component. * Develop innovative in-class and extracurricular activities to establish connections between theory and practice. * Prepare assessment tools consistent with current curricular guidelines. * Structure a schedule for implementing activities. * Develop and execute lesson plans. * Adjust teaching\-learning strategies. * Revise lesson plans when necessary. * Apply playful strategies to stimulate learning. * Identify suitable locations for field classes. * Suggest individuals/organizations from society to deliver lectures on topics related to the lessons. * Report to the pedagogical department any cases of learning difficulties and/or low academic performance in curricular components. * Perform other related duties as requested. * Deliver classes effectively, applying teaching methods that address students’ diverse learning needs. * Stay updated on emerging pedagogical trends, educational technologies, and subject-matter content. * Communicate regularly with the pedagogical department regarding students’ progress and behavior. * Participate actively in meetings with the pedagogical department and other teachers to discuss teaching practices and educational strategies. * Manage classroom dynamics to foster an environment of respect, inclusion, and learning. * Collaborate in the development and implementation of interdisciplinary projects integrating various knowledge areas. * Provide constructive and motivational feedback to students to support their ongoing development. * Ensure compliance with educational regulations and SESI quality standards; * Represent the institution at educational events, seminars, science fairs, technical meetings, and other extracurricular activities. * Actively contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and stimulating school environment for all. * Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, lesson plans, and other required documents in legacy systems. * Systematically and periodically assess and monitor student learning. 2512240202491898931
