If this sounds like you, we would love to speak with you. **About the Role** To support business needs and better meet the growing demands from Marketing, Trade, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other areas, we are seeking a Packaging Development Analyst to contribute to packaging development, innovation, improvement, and cost reduction activities. This is a permanent position based in Jarinu, inland São Paulo state. To learn more, visit www.essity.com This position reports to the Initiatives Manager, supporting faster response times for routine departmental activities and contributing to achieving monthly strategic performance indicators. **What You’ll Do** * Maintain up-to-date specifications, technical drawings, versions, and other related information, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance of items under your responsibility; * Ensure quality and integrity of all registration data within the Integrated System for items under your responsibility; * Maintain a healthy pipeline of packaging improvement and cost-reduction opportunities through periodic market analyses, customer service (SAC) data, field feedback, supplier engagement, regional and global product and packaging networks, and other relevant forums; * Support Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments with technical information related to packaging; * Lead validation processes for any and all packaging changes on production machinery, directly collaborating with Operations and Quality teams to ensure process stability and minimize post-change impacts; * Support continuous process improvement to ensure delivery of KPIs related to the Initiatives area and your role. **Who We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (Chemistry, Materials, Production, Design, etc.); * Intermediate English and Spanish; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Protheus system preferred); **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of design and drafting tools (Illustrator, AutoCAD, etc.); * Experience in flexible plastic packaging. **What We Offer** This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in category management, working alongside a friendly and supportive team of specialists.
