Description: Requirements:* Completed technical education in construction or roads * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a civil team leader * Mandatory training in Safety, Health and Environment (SST), 5S, and applicable technical standards * Knowledge of technical standards and SST procedures * Leadership skills, effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organization * Valid driver's license (CNH) * Must reside in the Pilar/AL region or nearby areas Differentiating factors:* Experience with NR33, NR35 and industrial site safety regulations * Experience in the industrial sector, especially in the Oil and Gas segment * Additional courses in project leadership, construction planning, inspection and system testing * Lead the operational team on a daily basis * Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental rules and procedures * Participate in safety and SST events * Eliminate unsafe conditions and assess operational risks * Assign tasks and guide the team * Ensure organization and cleanliness (5S) * Support planning and development of schedules and operational procedures * Monitor production reports and request resources as needed * Inspect machines, equipment and tools * Interpret technical designs and drawings * Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements 2511200202481879483
