




**Main Responsibilities:** * Operate in **syrup production**, following Coca-Cola FEMSA’s quality and safety standards; * Operate the **ion exchange system**, preparing solutions, changing filters, and performing regenerations according to procedure; * Prepare **final and prepared syrup**, following mixing instructions and operational procedures; * **Store and identify batches** of sugar, juices, and concentrates in an organized and traceable manner; * Define, together with the **syrup room supervisor**, the optimal sequence for using resources (tanks, columns, filters, etc.) according to the production schedule; * Prepare and operate the **CIP (Clean in Place) center**, sending cleaning solutions to equipment; * **Sanitize tanks, equipment, and utensils** in the simple and final syrup rooms; * Perform **batch changes** and carry out general area cleaning, ensuring proper **waste collection and disposal**; * Carry out **other related activities**, as directed by leadership.
