Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, product preparation, order management, and store organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth store operations. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and online customer service, assisting customers in product selection. 2. Preparation and serving of beverages (coffee, juices, milkshakes). 3. Store organization and cleaning, including freezers and utensils. **1\.**Provides in-person and online customer service, assisting customers in product selection; **2\.**Receives, manages, and picks orders from apps; **3\.**Records customer complaints and questions and reports them to the immediate supervisor; **4\.**Organizes products in freezers and keeps them clean, as well as all utensils used for handling ice cream; **5\.**Prepares and serves beverages (coffee, juices, and milkshakes) according to received orders; **6\.**Bakes and restocks savory snacks according to demand (only in snack bars); **7\.**Performs store maintenance, organization, and cleaning; **8\.**Assists in the store’s monthly inventory count; Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
