Key responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support to families interested in enrollment; * Present the school’s infrastructure, pedagogical approach, and distinguishing features; * Directly manage enrollment and re-enrollment processes; * Follow up on leads and prospective families; * Support commercial initiatives and student recruitment campaigns; * Organize documents, contracts, and administrative tasks within the department; * Maintain tracking spreadsheets and systems; * Contribute to delivering a welcoming and positive experience for families throughout the enrollment process. Requirements: * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles; * Prior experience in the educational sector is a significant advantage; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Skills in negotiation and interpersonal relationship management; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools.
