Purchase management and purchase order issuance in the system 2. Negotiation of prices, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers 3. Research and qualification of new suppliers Purchase Management: Request quotations, analyze proposals, and issue direct and indirect purchase orders in the system. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and quality with suppliers to achieve cost improvements. Supplier Development: Research and qualify new suppliers, seeking market alternatives and alternative products. Logistics Monitoring: Monitor delivery flow, ensure contract compliance, and resolve outstanding issues (returns or delays).
