Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute the digital strategy for *news* brands, focusing on positioning and reach; * Design and monitor paid media campaigns (traffic acquisition, boosting, and performance); * Control and optimize investments in digital campaigns; * Monitor metrics, trends, and opportunities to strengthen the digital presence of brands; * Collaborate closely with the communications and branding teams; * Support the definition of digital narratives and communications guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related Communications fields; * Prior experience in digital strategy, paid media, and performance campaigns; * Knowledge of traffic management and social media metrics tools (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube); * Analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations; * Organizational skills and autonomy to manage timelines and track results; * Strategic vision of digital communications and interest in media and current topics; * Experience with institutional brands or media outlets is desirable. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is January 26, 2025.** RBS is made up of people.
