




Job Summary: Ensure administrative and operational flow for receiving and freight activities by controlling, verifying, and processing fiscal documents and supporting drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance and organization of logistics information Objective * Ensure proper administrative and operational flow for receiving and freight routines through control, verification, and processing of fiscal documents, driver assistance, and data entry into systems, guaranteeing process compliance, information organization, and adherence to internal deadlines. Description * Receive and verify fiscal invoices (NF) at the gate, ensuring compliance with the pre-invoice. * Print fiscal and operational documents. * Manually issue freight receipts when necessary. * Generate shipments in the WMS system. * Print labels and forward them to the verifier. * Identify discrepancies and arrange issuance of return fiscal invoices. * Assist drivers with: Payment collection for unloading; * Release of signed delivery receipts. * Record fiscal invoices in inventory and in the AT system. * Issue return invoices for parts and/or products from the AT system. * Record freight charges in the system (manually or digitally). * Organize, register, and send weekly to the office: Fiscal invoices (tax department); Bank slips (accounts payable). Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields is desirable); Relevant experience in administrative/logistics routines is a plus; Basic knowledge of systems (WMS experience is considered a plus); Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication.
