Sterilize and organize cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and plates. Receive, verify, and organize materials supplied by the storeroom according to requisitions. Replenish beverage stock. Assist in serving dishes, beverages, and desserts at tables, apartments, or events. Maintain organization in service areas, assisting with setup and breakdown. Record customer orders and requests for the kitchen team. Control access to the restaurant. Set up, break down, and restock the buffet.
