Log incidents in internal systems and notify responsible personnel and support teams as required. Provide basic telephone or digital channel support related to security events, maintaining clear and concise communication. Assist in operating monitoring systems and technological tools, sustaining focused attention throughout the entire shift. Previous experience as a Monitoring Analyst, Monitoring Technician, Control Operator, or Monitoring Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma completed.
