Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Register suppliers in the system. Send quotation requests to suppliers, follow up on those quotations, enter quoted prices into the system, and assist in analyzing the quoted values. Monitor purchase order delivery deadlines to help prevent stockouts. Verify supplier compliance with negotiated terms. Issue purchase orders for non-controlled items according to internal procedures. Track credit card purchases using spreadsheets. Assist other members of the procurement department with their ongoing activities. Assist with warehouse staff vacations.
