The Equipment Rental Sales Representative for Civil Construction is responsible for prospecting, serving, and maintaining customers by offering rental solutions for machinery, tools, and equipment used on construction sites. The role spans from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and attainment of sales and profitability targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospect new customers in the civil construction segment; * Serve and negotiate with customers in person, by phone, and via digital channels; * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for equipment rental; * Monitor the entire rental process: request, contract, delivery, and return; * Ensure customer retention by maintaining post\-sale relationships; * Achieve sales targets, profit margins, and contract return timelines; * Update the CRM system and maintain visit and negotiation reports; * Support logistics and maintenance teams with information on demand and deadlines; * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities; * Represent the company at construction site visits, trade fairs, and industry events. + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; + **Experience:** Prior sales experience. + **Knowledge:** - Sales and negotiation techniques; - Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
