**Production Coordinator – Logistics** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Production Coordinator with strong logistics expertise to plan, organize and coordinate all stages related to the flow of scenic materials, ensuring proper packaging, preservation during transportation, and excellence in assembly and disassembly processes. This professional will be responsible for third-party management and for meeting deadlines, quality standards, and operational safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** · Plan, organize and control scenic materials, ensuring correct packaging according to type, fragility and specific characteristics of each item; · Guarantee preservation and integrity of materials during transportation, storage, assembly and disassembly; · Develop, generate and coordinate assembly and disassembly plans, aligning schedules, teams and resources; · Collaborate closely with Production, Creative and Operations departments to ensure smooth logistical processes; · Be responsible for hiring, coordinating and managing suppliers and third-party teams; · Monitor deadlines, costs and operational performance indicators; · Ensure compliance with safety, quality and best operational practice standards; · Identify opportunities for improvement in logistical and production processes. **Requirements:** · Previous experience in production coordination, logistics or operations, preferably within scenic design, events or assembly sectors; · Knowledge of logistical planning, material control and team management; · Experience in hiring and managing third parties; · Strong organizational, leadership and decision-making skills; · Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Knowledge of inventory management and reverse logistics; · Experience planning complex assemblies. **Benefits that take care of you** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; · Dental plan; · Gympass; · Partnerships (AVUS and Starbem).
