Here, we believe that the growth of our business means the growth of Our People. **Come build an incredible future with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, analyze, and document operational, administrative, and financial processes. * Conduct internal process, routine, and control audits. * Assess the level of compliance with procedures, policies, and internal standards. * Identify failures, rework, bottlenecks, operational risks, and non-conformities. * Prepare audit reports with evidence, root causes, impacts, and recommendations. * Propose process improvements aimed at cost reduction, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation. * Monitor action plans and ensure implementation of corrective measures. * Support the creation, review, and standardization of workflows, policies, and procedures (SOPs). * Interact with managers and audited areas for clarifications, alignment, and data validation. * Act as an agent of governance, quality, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in internal auditing, process auditing, internal controls, compliance, or continuous improvement. * Experience in process mapping and redesign (AS IS / TO BE). * Work experience in corporate environments with multiple departments (finance, HR, operations, logistics, sales, etc.). * Experience analyzing KPIs, risks, failures, and operational deviations. * Preferred experience in medium- or large-sized companies, auditing, consulting, or governance areas. * Degree in Accounting, Economics, Process Management, Information Systems, or related fields. **Additional Information** * Business hours; * Health insurance plan with special conditions; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Emotional health program; * Discounts on products from our portfolio; * Discounts at partner universities; * Corporate education; * Professional development plan.
