Responsibilities and Duties We seek driven, critical-thinking individuals eager to work in a dynamic environment. During the program, interns will gain hands-on experience related to their field of study, as well as opportunities to collaborate directly with other departments within the Ginseng Group—fostering a broader, more strategic understanding of the company as a whole. From corporate finance, procurement/logistics, people & culture, to sales, candidates will immerse themselves in the Ginseng Group universe and experience a wide range of what the company offers—all aimed at developing projects that add value to these departments and to the business overall. Additionally, a tailored training schedule will be developed, featuring activities designed to foster integration and support the development of these projects. The Integra Program will be supported by seasoned industry professionals who will guide project development, supervise daily tasks, and monitor each intern’s professional trajectory.
