The supervisor will serve as the liaison between operational teams, the company's HR department, and the end client. **Requirements:** * Own transportation * Experience leading teams * Availability to work one night shift per week for supervision of tasks * Availability to perform duties in Marechal and Maceió. * Experience: Minimum 1 year supervising operational teams (services or logistics sector). * Skills: Good communication, proactivity, and basic WhatsApp proficiency for report submission. * Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of chemical product dilution and ergonomics standards for cargo handling. **Main Responsibilities** * People Management: Lead cleaning assistants and cargo handling assistants, scheduling shifts, training new employees, and planning and assigning tasks * Quality Control: Conduct periodic rounds at workstations to verify service execution according to contract requirements (Checklist) * Supplies Management: Monitor delivery and usage of PPE, cleaning products, and materials to prevent waste * Client Relations: Address daily client requests, resolve conflicts, and pursue continuous improvement * Workplace Safety: Ensure all employees use safety equipment and comply with regulations (especially during cargo loading/unloading).
