Assist in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems. Help identify and diagnose failures in refrigeration equipment, collaborating on repairs. Support verification and recharging of refrigerant gases, according to instructions from the responsible mechanic. Prepare, organize, and maintain the tools and materials required for the job. Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment. Monitor maintenance processes and provide logistical support for transportation and installation of equipment. Organize service documentation and assist in preparing simple reports. Ensure workplace safety and guarantee correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Provide support during operational testing and final adjustments of refrigeration systems. Assist in meeting scheduled timelines and deadlines for service execution. **REQUIREMENTS:** Interest in learning about refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Availability to work as part of a team and travel to service locations. Commitment to quality and safety at work. Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics is an advantage. Completed elementary or high school education.
