





**REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus (Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields). Basic understanding of financial routines. Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). Organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform financial entries in the system (payments, write-offs, reconciliations). Assist with accounts payable: organizing invoices, scheduling payments, monitoring due dates. Organize and verify invoices, bills, and other financial documents. Support the preparation of cash flow statements and simple financial reports. Manage advances, reimbursements, and corporate credit cards, verifying supporting documentation. Assist with monthly financial closing. Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payments. Provide support to the accounting department by submitting required documents. Maintain organized financial records (both physical and digital). Carry out administrative tasks related to the finance department.
