Strategic engagement in the educational market and sustainability Job Description Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate educational initiatives in Mathematics, ensuring excellence in pedagogy, methodology, technology, and market orientation; as well as strategically engaging in the development, management, methodological transfer, and sustainability of educational products targeting B2B and B2G segments—thereby contributing to improved educational indicators, institutional strengthening, and expansion of the educational market. Responsibilities and Duties **Pedagogical, Methodological, and Curricular Management** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor educational activities in Mathematics, ensuring alignment with the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), institutional guidelines, and strategic projects. * Support the transfer of educational methodology to municipal schools, public education networks, and partner institutions. * Support instructors, teachers, and tutors by facilitating formative meetings, pedagogical planning, and systematic follow-up. * Manage teaching production related to content, monthly assessments, assessment items, and evaluation instruments. * Monitor student learning through data analysis on indicator dashboards, proposing continuous improvement actions. * Analyze area performance in external evaluations (PASSE / SAEP), developing corrective and preventive action plans. **Educational Product Management (B2B, B2C, and B2G)** * Design, develop, revise, and implement educational products considering demand variability, financial sustainability, and educational impact. * Prepare technical specifications, calculation records, course plans, and teaching plans for educational products. * Participate in the initial rollout of educational products across units, ensuring pedagogical, technical, and operational validation. **Educational Market and Sustainability Management (B2B and B2G)** * Analyze historical trends in educational offerings to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks. * Map market demands and opportunities in partnership with Management. **Quality, Infrastructure, and Innovation Management** * Ensure minimum pedagogical and technological infrastructure for each offering. * Guarantee that instructors, teachers, and tutors align with required competencies and the profile of the target audience. * Collaborate with Management in implementing technological modernization and technical capacity-building projects. **Institutional Management, Relationship Building, and People Management** * Collaborate with key professionals across the System, service providers, public education networks, and the productive sector. * Plan and conduct periodic meetings to track results and propose continuous improvements. * Actively participate in institutional events to strengthen the brand and expand strategic partnerships. * Engage in people management, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, feedback, and separation processes. * Foster a healthy, collaborative, safe, and innovative organizational environment. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree (Teacher Training Program) in Mathematics * Relevant professional experience * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; basic knowledge of Educational Technologies * Agile methodologies * Active learning methodologies * Technology-enhanced education * Knowledge of education-related legislation (primarily the Brazilian National Education Guidelines and Framework Law [LDB] and BNCC) * Experience with the new Brazilian High School curriculum * Experience mentoring teachers and students
