Job Summary: Occupational health and safety technician responsible for occupational medical examinations, training programs, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) control, inspections, and safety regulation guidance. Contribution to compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures Concrete company seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Technician in Marechal Deodoro (Multifabril Hub). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate employees' attendance for occupational medical examinations (ASOs), monitoring and controlling the entire process. Conduct onboarding for new employees and deliver periodic occupational health and safety training, including Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) across all departments. Manage PPE distribution, replacement, and recordkeeping, ensuring up-to-date records in spreadsheets and systems. Issue Work Accident Reports (CAT) when required, providing appropriate support to both employees and the company. Perform inspections and site visits to construction sites and work fronts, verifying compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Advise employees and managers on best practices in occupational health and safety, contributing to accident prevention and fostering a safe working environment. Execute tasks with organization, accountability, excellence, and quality focus, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures. Previous experience as Occupational Health and Safety Analyst, Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, or Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
