Professional development in a collaborative and learning-oriented environment The Nursing Internship position at MedRadius is intended for students seeking practical experience in healthcare, supporting the care team and assisting with patient care routines while applying undergraduate knowledge in practice. The company operates in the fields of imaging diagnostics and healthcare services in Maceió/AL, recognized for its humanized care, quality, and ethics. It fosters a collaborative environment that values learning, teamwork, and professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** During the Nursing internship at MedRadius, the intern will support the nursing team in clinical routines, assist in preparing and welcoming patients for examinations and procedures, organize materials and medical records, follow patient instructions, and collaborate in maintaining quality and safety protocols. Administrative support related to the department may also be provided, always under the supervision of a qualified professional. The candidate is expected to be currently enrolled in a Nursing program, demonstrate eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ethical conduct. Basic knowledge of nursing practices, understanding of biosafety principles, ability to work effectively in teams, and proactivity in managing the dynamic routine of the healthcare sector are desirable. Prior experience in internships, academic projects, or volunteer activities in the healthcare field will be considered an advantage. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate **Nursing** program, preferably from intermediate semesters onward. Basic knowledge of nursing practices, vital signs measurement, patient preparation for examinations, biosafety, and infection control concepts is desirable. We seek a student with **strong motivation to learn, responsibility, organizational skills, effective communication, ethical conduct, and ease in working collaboratively**, as well as proactivity in managing the dynamic routine of the healthcare sector. Basic computer literacy is required, especially proficiency in the **Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)**. Familiarity with **electronic health records or hospital information systems** will be considered an advantage.
