Sterilize and organize cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and plates. Receive, verify, and organize materials provided by the storeroom according to requisitions. Restock beverage inventory. Assist in serving dishes, beverages, and desserts at tables, guest rooms, or events. Maintain organization in service areas, assisting in setup and breakdown. Record guest orders and requests for the kitchen team. Control guest access to the restaurant. Set up, break down, and replenish the buffet.
