Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing complex machining programs, optimizing production processes, and ensuring programming efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Development of medium- and high-complexity machining programs 2. Detailed analysis and optimization of production processes 3. Creation of universal machining tool libraries **Responsibilities:** * Develop medium- and high-complexity machining programs, with detailed analysis of production processes, aiming to optimize operational sequences in a coherent and economical manner. * Conduct tooling assessments and evaluate factory infrastructure to ensure programming efficiency and smooth workflow. * Create universal machining tool libraries adapted to the factory’s equipment to accelerate and standardize production. * Define and adjust cutting parameters, as well as implement machining strategies to maximize productivity and quality. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in SIEMENS and FANUC numerical control systems. * Proven experience with CAM software, preferably WORKNC and EDGCAM. * Must reside in Maceió/AL **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with 1-hour break) * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
