Job Summary: IT Intern to provide technical support and assist in maintaining network infrastructure in a hospital environment. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support for IT users 2. We seek organized professionals who pay attention to detail and wish to grow within a collaborative and continuously evolving environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely) * Assist in maintaining network infrastructure (internet, cabling, and access points) * Open, track, and close IT service tickets * Support system access management and user assistance * Assist in updating internal software and systems * Contribute to IT equipment control (inventory) * Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues * Support information security by adhering to institutional policies * Document procedures and support activities performed * Provide support for hospital systems as needed * Work across different hospital departments as required * Perform other related tasks and department-specific duties as needed **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Basic knowledge of computing, hardware, and software * Familiarity with computer networks (internet, IP, cabling) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Availability to intern in a hospital environment **Behavioral Skills:** * Strong communication and user support skills * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Ability to work effectively in a team * Agility in problem-solving **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) * Familiarity with information security concepts * Prior experience (even academic) in technical support * Basic knowledge of hospital systems or ticket management systems **Additional Information** Internship stipend: R$900.00 \+ transportation voucher (VT) **Medradius and you, together for life!** ======================================= At **Medradius**, caring is more than a profession — it’s our purpose.
