**Job Description**

Perform, evaluate, and carry out preventive and/or corrective maintenance on measurement and control equipment and instruments. Develop, test, calibrate, operate, and repair instruments, devices, and equipment for electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, electro-hydraulic, and electronic measurement and control.
**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Maintain measurement and control instruments in good condition and cleanliness, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and valves.
* Support the development and adaptation of the Maintenance Plan.
* Assist in executing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and electromechanical equipment in industrial facilities.
* Configure and adjust analog and digital instruments.
* Diagnose and resolve issues in instrumentation systems.
* Perform loop testing and operational checks on instruments and control systems.
* Program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCSs).
* Prepare detailed technical reports documenting performed activities and equipment conditions.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with technical, operations, and maintenance teams to optimize processes.
* Adhere to company policies, rules, code of conduct, and all internal procedures applicable to the position (quality, environment, safety, human resources, and operational procedures within the area of responsibility), and participate in internal and/or external training sessions requested by the company.
* Perform related and inherent duties associated with the position.
* Pursue continuous improvement of the processes involved in the role.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

Completed High School Education
Experience as an Instrumentation Technician
Technical English proficiency for reading manuals and documentation
**Desirable**
Instrumentation Technician Certification
Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, control systems, and automation
Familiarity with applicable technical and safety standards
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum Educational Requirement: Technical Course
