Job Summary: The financial assistant will support activities related to bank and account control, cash flow management, collections, investments, and financial reporting, as well as provide support to management. Key Highlights: 1. Financial support in bank and account control 2. Cash flow management, collections, and investments 3. Support to financial management and feasibility studies Responsible for assisting with financial department activities including bank and account control, cash flow management, collections, and investments; issuing accounts payable and receivable reports; processing checks; and organizing documents. Additionally, the financial assistant: * Conducts full reconciliation of accounts receivable, daily cost tracking, transaction entry control, and daily reporting; * Assists the financial manager with daily administrative and financial department tasks; * Prepares product feasibility studies; * Researches reliable financing sources and performs other economic and financial tasks relevant to the company.
