Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks of the Role** * Lead Infrastructure, Systems, and Data coordination; * Develop technical teams focused on maturity, autonomy, and high performance; * Serve as a technical and behavioral reference for squads and operational teams; * Ensure stability, availability, and scalability of the technology environment; * Manage Data Center, networks, connectivity, cloud, monitoring, and 24x7 services; * Support the Security area in protection practices, continuity, incident response, and vulnerability prevention; * Ensure support and evolution of critical systems (clinical, administrative, and operational); * Plan technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with business needs; * Manage vendors, contracts, and software factories, ensuring delivery and SLA compliance; * Structure and evolve data architecture (DW, Data Lake, ETL, and data quality); * Ensure information governance, standardization, data quality, and reliability of corporate data; * Support the business with insights, metrics, and structured analytical vision; * Ensure execution of IT processes (changes, incidents, problems, configuration, continuity, improvements, timely support); * Ensure the IT project portfolio is executed according to strategy, capacity, and business alignment; * Define KPIs and dashboards for continuous performance and evolution monitoring; * Translate departmental needs into structured and technically viable solutions; * Build strong relationships with leadership, acting as a strategic partner; * Elevate corporate maturity in the use of technology and data. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in IT leadership; * Expertise in Infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud, security, monitoring; * Expertise in Systems: ERPs, clinical systems, integrations, APIs, complex integrations; * Expertise in Data: DW, ETL, Data Lake, modeling, data quality, and data governance; * Vendor, contract, and outsourced team management; * Experience with agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models; * Experience in highly operationally critical environments. **Additional Requirements** * Experience in the healthcare sector or health insurance providers; * Experience in modernizing architecture and integrating legacy systems; * Experience implementing data governance; * Experience structuring agile teams to support corporate systems.
