




Job Summary: A Sales Supervisor leads and supervises the sales team, coordinates activities, ensures target achievement, monitors performance, develops sales plans, trains sales representatives, and engages in customer prospecting and retention. Sales Supervisor Main Responsibilities: \- Lead and supervise the sales team, coordinating their activities and ensuring achievement of established targets.\- Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing actions for development.\- Develop and monitor the sales plan, establishing strategies and guidelines for team execution.\- Conduct training and capacity-building for sales representatives to enhance their technical and behavioral skills.\- Engage in customer prospecting and retention, managing relationships and negotiating commercial terms.\- Monitor and report performance indicators, analyzing trends and proposing improvement actions.\- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure sales process efficiency. Required Qualifications: \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.\- Experience in team management and sales management.\- Knowledge of negotiation techniques, team management, and sales strategies.\- Leadership, effective communication, and analytical and problem-solving abilities.\- Proficiency in performance management and monitoring tools.\- Familiarity with sales processes and systems.
