Supervise team behavior and performance outcomes; Evaluate and develop the team with a focus on service excellence, prioritizing speed and customer satisfaction; Participate in personnel movement processes, including hiring, feedback, and staff termination; Similarly analyze attendance records and manage team schedules, absences, and medical certificates; Train the team to perform their duties excellently and prepare future replacements; Plan sales, serve customers, and collect consumer market indicators; Provide favorable conditions, such as proper equipment, facility cleanliness, and material restocking; Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise to comply with company-established rules; Identify training program needs and participate in planning promotional and advertising strategies; Handle all issues arising with employees or customers (complaints, dissatisfaction, etc.); Salary + benefits.
