Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** ➣ Record incoming, return, and service invoices, validating tax calculations and freight-related CTEs; ➣ Review procurement-related fiscal processes for goods and services, verifying document validity; ➣ Control and archive fiscal documents, including incoming invoices, service invoices, freight CTEs, and FOB sales invoices; ➣ Monitor and manage the raw material and freight CTE budget; ➣ Support the BAUMINAS Group’s finance department on matters related to bank slips, deposit data, and other requests, as well as addressing reported issues and pending items; ➣ Place purchase orders for all CTEs according to logistics budgeting and supply budgeting; ➣ Execute procurement department processes, including quotations, supplier negotiations, purchase order issuance in the Protheus system, sending purchase orders, arranging freight (FOB) for material acquisitions, and tracking purchase orders; ➣ Manage return processes for goods delivered inconsistent with purchase orders, in coordination with the fiscal department, and monitor such processes until resolution of any issues; ➣ Support the unit in inventory processes and in updating and critically analyzing its performance indicators; ➣ Receive, inspect, record, and perform system-based write-offs of materials, ensuring accurate stock, document, and correspondence control, and forwarding items to storage or respective responsible parties; ➣ Collect data for the unit’s annual operational budget, representing production and labor costs to the Administrative Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Unit Coordinator for budget preparation; ➣ Manage service provider documentation, ensuring compliance with labor and occupational safety legislation; ➣ Register suppliers and products in the system, forward to the fiscal department for validation based on their tax classification, and ensure correct categorization and validation of the automated data-read stage of the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields.
