




**Description** Responsible for coordinating teams and processes across all commercial areas, notably Billing, Collections, Registration, Metering, Support Services, and Investments broadly related to this area. Reports sector performance to the Executive Board, including proposing action plans for any planned deviations. May represent the Executive Board in meetings with the concessionaire, strategic partners, and events. Interacts with the Network Maintenance department to ensure operational efficiency. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break / Fridays: departure at 5:00 PM / Saturdays: compensated. **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategically support the Executive Board on matters concerning the Sector in response to demands from the concessionaire and strategic partners; Take actions to meet the company’s goals and strategic planning; Coordinate all activities and personnel within the commercial sector; Train all teams on best practices recommended by GS Inima Group and formalized procedures; Prepare weekly reports and productivity statistics; Monitor activities and assess service providers’ performance; Interact with the Network Maintenance department, exchanging information and facilitating services to ensure process efficiency across both departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree **Fields of Study:** Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
