Job Summary: Performs support activities on construction sites and for maintenance, operating simple equipment, handling materials, and organizing the work environment in accordance with technical and safety guidelines. GS Inima Brasil | Maceió | AL | On-site Job Description ❇️ Perform support activities on construction sites and for maintenance, operating simple equipment, handling materials, organizing the work environment, and segregating waste. Assist with signage, basic inspections, and document completion, in accordance with technical and safety guidelines.* ️**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). Friday: departure at 4:00 PM. ️ Meal Allowance / Food Voucher – support for your daily meals Health Insurance Plan – comprehensive care for you Dental Insurance Plan – always up-to-date oral health ️ Life Insurance at no cost – protection for you and your family Transportation Voucher – convenience for your daily commute Medication Assistance – financial support for treatments and prescriptions ️ Wellhub – access to gyms and physical activities Pluxee Cuida – psychological, social, nutritional support and consultations Responsibilities and Duties * Support the execution of operational activities on construction sites and maintenance services, in accordance with technical guidelines * Assist with support services across various areas (painting, carpentry, reinforcement, construction, or cleaning) * Perform minor maintenance on low-complexity structures and equipment * Operate simple support equipment, as trained and per established procedures * Manually handle materials, tools, and operational supplies * Load and unload materials onto vehicles, into storage areas, and at work fronts * Segregate industrial waste according to classification and environmental guidance * Support proper waste disposal, following environmental regulations and internal procedures * Signage of work areas in accordance with safety directives * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and preservation of the operational environment * Perform external area maintenance activities, including weeding when necessary * Organize tools, equipment, and materials used in operations * Support basic maintenance of operational vehicles and equipment * Conduct simple visual inspections of vehicles and equipment before use * Complete basic operational records, such as checklists and requisitions * Report deviations, risks, or irregularities to immediate supervisors * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) * Comply with occupational health and safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards Requirements and Qualifications Not applicable.
