Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the cash register, maneuvering vehicles, and organizing vehicle storage in the garage, always acting with attention. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and assist parking customers 2. Operate the cash register and safely maneuver vehicles 3. Organize vehicle storage and manage cash register closing Responsibilities and Duties **Your daily routine will include:** * Greeting customers arriving at the parking facility; * Identifying whether customers are authorized (sticker displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or condominium residents; * Verifying the cash register balance upon starting your shift; * Operating the cash register equipment in garages and parking facilities (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issuing the vehicle entry ticket (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuvering the vehicle to the appropriate location (in accordance with the parking facility’s established standards); * Delivering the vehicle to the customer; * Organizing vehicle storage in the garage; * Always acting with attention; * Promptly reporting to the Supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Completing the shift cash register closing report.
