Responsibilities and Duties Daily supervision of teams executing commercial services (e.g., water supply cutoffs, reconnections, inspections, water meter replacements and verifications); Distribution, organization, and monitoring of work orders with the programming team; Conducting checklists, providing technical guidance, and tracking productivity, rework, and service response deadlines; Direct interaction with customers in critical situations or requiring in-person handling; Supporting management in analyzing complex cases and developing solutions for operational issues; Ensuring clear communication among field teams, supervisors, and administrative departments; Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed High School * ️⃣ Prior experience leading operational teams; * ️⃣ Knowledge of water and sewage commercial processes; * ️⃣ Proficiency in work order management and digital systems. Desirable Qualifications * ️⃣ Technical or higher education in administrative or management fields; * ️⃣ Experience in customer service and collections; * ️⃣ Familiarity with performance indicators and managerial reporting; * ️⃣ Experience in team training and capacity building.
