Here, we believe that our business growth means the growth of Our People. **Come build an incredible future with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation according to company standards; * Conduct a complete vehicle inspection prior to delivery, verifying internal and external components as well as basic functionality; * Check documentation, manuals, spare key, and vehicle accessories; * Identify and report potential pending issues or damages before customer release; * Organize vehicles in the yard and support unit delivery control; * Perform technical delivery to the customer, presenting features, controls, and basic usage instructions; * Clarify customers' initial questions at the time of delivery; * Ensure the delivery process complies with the company’s quality standards and customer experience guidelines; * Record checklists and information related to completed deliveries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Strong communication skills and customer service ability; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Responsibility in handling and operating vehicles. **Additional Information** * Business hours; * Dental plan; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Emotional health program; * Discounts on products in our portfolio; * Discounts at partner universities; * Corporate education; * Professional development plan.
