




**Requirements** Completed higher education in the field or technical course (Desirable); Basic level Office suite; Experience/Knowledge in Windows 10, Windows Server (2020\) \- Basic Level; Experience as Level 2 Technical Support providing on-site or remote assistance to end users (microcomputing); Knowledge of Retail operations and POS/Commercial automation; **Desirable** Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum); Knowledge in application support and maintenance, ITIL, Azure, incident management, problem management, change management. **Main Responsibilities** Contribute to the continuity of sales operations in stores through on-site visits and remote support for applications, systems, and hardware, aiming at maximum availability of the technological environment. Carry out implementation, assembly, and installation of equipment in stores (software and hardware), as well as assessment/maintenance in case of incidents requiring coordination with suppliers. Ensure inventory execution in stores through monitoring and on-site support; Filter application errors for analysts by monitoring and handling service tickets opened by stores; Perform technical checklists in stores, both on-site and remotely. Identify improvement opportunities in IT solutions through interaction with all hierarchical levels within the store structure; **Work Format** Hiring of a Junior Technical Support Analyst for on-site work with technical visits to stores. On-site visits to stores and regions according to prior weekly planning.
