




* Monitoring of backbone and customer infrastructure comprising Ubiquiti, Nera, SIAE, and Ceragon radios; Cisco Catalyst switches; Cisco and MikroTik routers; and manageable UPS units. - Familiarity with monitoring tools (SNMPc, PRTG, Zabbix) - Handle service requests via email, telephone, mobile phone, and WhatsApp (open, track, resolve, and escalate) - Basic networking knowledge for initial troubleshooting of IP addresses (public and private), MAC addresses, interface status, routing concepts, VLANs, DNS, and subnets - Proactive response to monitoring alarms - Support field technicians in troubleshooting (via telephone and WhatsApp) * Desired: Technical English (reading proficiency) - Experience in monitoring critical environments; sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Networking or related fields - Preferred qualifications: Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at BRL 3,458.68 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
