Diagnosing and resolving network issues (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Installing and performing basic maintenance on network equipment (routers, switches, access points). Monitoring networks and supporting users. Logging and documenting incidents and procedures. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Bachelor's program in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
