




Job Summary: Professional responsible for configuring systems, registering companies, supporting teams, and monitoring document compliance, ensuring the smoothness of the procedural flow. Opportunity to train teams and propose process improvements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Configure systems, ensuring all information is correctly linked and guaranteeing the smoothness of the procedural flow. * Register contractor companies in the system for inclusion and monthly updating of mandatory documentation. * Support the Safety (SEG) team in interfacing with the turnstile system for employee registration. * Train internal and outsourced teams on correct system usage. * Conduct monthly evaluation of approximately 46 documents per employee from all contractors across various construction sites. * Monitor measurements performed to confirm compliance with evaluated/recorded documentation in the system. * Notify management approving measurements without complete documentation, requesting an opinion for archiving. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or higher education degree in administrative fields, engineering, or related areas (preferred). * Experience in document control and analysis. * Intermediate computer skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in document verification. **DESIRED PROFILE** * Compliance with standards and legislation. * Open mindset oriented toward continuous improvement of activities. * Analytical ability to assess document compliance. * Agility in meeting deadlines and handling demands. * High concentration capacity and focus on detail-oriented tasks. * Good communication skills with different hierarchical levels (internal and external). * Organization and sense of priority. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Proactivity in suggesting process improvements. * Adaptability to change.
