




**Responsibilities and Duties:** · Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of scopes of services for remote support. · Support contract marketing and renewal, performing follow-ups and document organization. · Perform administrative controls related to recurring revenue contracts. · Collaborate in scheduling and organizing meetings with clients and internal teams. · Maintain updated records and systems for contract and service management. · Support the preparation of management reports and performance indicators. · Handle administrative client relationship activities. · Monitor promotional campaigns together with partner manufacturers. **Requirements and Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree. · Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). · Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and preparing documents. · Ability to perform pricing analysis and deliver customer service. · Organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. · Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Trello Workspace. · Preferred: Experience in contract management and recurring revenue models.
