**Desired Profile** * Organization and focused attention; * Proficiency in handling information systems; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and prompt responsiveness to requests. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite; * ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards (desirable); * Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) (desirable); * Experience in monitoring construction sites and maintenance shutdowns (desirable). **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct field inspections (construction sites) and safety controls at workplaces, laboratories, and operational areas; * Support compliance with legal requirements and regulatory norms; * Record, investigate, and report accidents, incidents, and operational risks; * Issue Work Permits (WP), Risk Analysis (RA), Technical Responsibility Statements (TRS), and Service Orders; * Submit monthly consolidated data reports to QHSE for indicator monitoring; * Manage emergency equipment and environmental kits; * Conduct onboarding for employees and third-party personnel; * Develop Daily Safety Talks (DST) and support CIPA activities; * Participate in mutual aid plans; * Train and raise awareness among teams regarding safety and environmental matters; * Monitor Emergency Brigades and conduct drills; * Implement mandatory legal programs and oversee service providers; * Control the periodicity of mandatory training (NRs, PPR, PPEOB, AET, etc.); * Monitor Admission, Periodic, and Demission Medical Examinations (ASOs) and medical follow-ups; * Support internal and external audits; * Manage non-conformities, licenses, permits, and third-party documentation; * Populate sustainability and IHSE management systems; * Prepare PPP (Professional Profile Profile), risk maps, and questionnaires for tenders; * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, the objectives of the integrated Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health policy.
