You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining materials, equipment, and spaces used in leisure activities, conducting activities both outdoors and indoors, always prioritizing participant safety and well-being. You will collaborate closely with other monitors and various resort departments, applying recreation techniques that encourage active guest participation and supporting the team in operational tasks, consistently focusing on customer satisfaction.
