If you wish to be part of an innovative and committed team, this is your opportunity! **Apply now and build the future with us!** **Job Description:** Operate CNC machine tools—specifically CNC lathes—for machining parts in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, resins, and plastics, in compliance with production orders, technical drawings, and operational procedures. Perform basic machine preparation and adjustment, tool change and adjustment, operational testing, and tooling control, ensuring dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and productivity. Record technical and production data, working in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental preservation standards. May operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment, as authorized and trained. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (preferred). * Experience as a CNC lathe operator. * Knowledge of basic CNC lathe operation using FANUC, Mitsubishi, and/or SIEMENS controls. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings. * Knowledge of dimensional metrology. * Basic understanding of tool setup and cutting tool adjustment. **Responsibilities:** * Operate CNC lathes according to pre-defined programming. * Prepare and adjust the CNC lathe, performing setup, workpiece clamping, and tool changes. * Adjust cutting tools and monitor the machining process. * Perform dimensional measurements of machined parts. * Conduct operational tests and monitor the production process. * Complete production control sheets, timekeeping records, and process documentation. * Identify and report process deviations or maintenance requirements. * Maintain machines, tools, and measuring instruments. * Move parts and materials using forklifts and other equipment, as authorized and trained. * Comply with occupational safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards. * Carry out tasks as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor, or immediate supervisor, adhering to operational procedures, production priorities, and company-established standards.
