With a daily workload of 6 hours—working 4 days per week at the company and 1 day per week attending the ESPRO course—you’ll stand out as a distinctive young professional! Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Course/Training Hours (Theoretical): 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM *(depending on the ESPRO center’s schedule). Initial ESPRO Course Phase: 7 days (Monday to Friday), online (EAD). Intermediate ESPRO Course Phase: Once per week, in-person. Contract Duration: 16 months. The apprentice will begin activities at ESPRO in the online (EAD) theoretical training format—Initial Phase—and remain in theoretical training for 7 business days. Upon completion of this initial phase, the apprentice will start working at the company and attend ESPRO once per week during the Intermediate Phase. The Intermediate Phase course will be conducted in-person at ESPRO. **Responsibilities:** Performs mechanical maintenance on components, equipment, and machines used in diverse industrial activities. Plans maintenance activities. Assesses operational conditions and performance of industrial machine components and equipment. Lubricates machines, components, and tools. May perform machine and equipment modernization—retrofitting. Documents technical information.
