Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location: Cuiabá, MT (Águas Cuiabá)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze reports from the management system and propose actions for process improvement or resolution; * Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) related to customer service, billing, and revenue collection, providing support to resolve issues identified during customer service interactions or by customers, in accordance with company-defined practices; * Analyze customer volume and billing data to ensure accurate billing and clarify customer inquiries; * Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, in pursuit of continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or Financial Management. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Corporate Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or Data Analytics. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sansys, Salesforce, etc.). * Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) – Power BI. * Understanding of accounting and financial concepts (Income Statement, cash flow, provisions, reconciliations, cost centers, etc.). * Experience analyzing financial and operational KPIs. * Experience in budget planning and financial forecasting.
