




**Job Description:** Act as a digital transformation agent in the Human Resources Department, using programming—especially Python—to automate processes, reduce rework, increase information reliability, and generate operational efficiency, contributing to enabling the team to focus on strategic and high-value activities for the institution. The intern’s mission will be to build practical solutions to real-world problems, learning hands-on how technology can scale operations, support decision-making, and strengthen governance of HR processes. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python; * Map and understand internal workflows to transform them into automated solutions; * Create simple integrations between systems, spreadsheets, APIs, and databases; * Collaborate with internal departments to understand needs, validate deliverables, and improve processes; * Document routines, scripts, and best practices for usage. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Demonstrable programming experience, with focus on Python (personal, academic, or professional projects); * Basic knowledge of API integration and data manipulation (CSV, Excel, JSON, etc.); * Genuine interest in automation, process improvement, and technology applied to everyday business operations; * Willingness to learn, explore new tools, and work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Git; * Familiarity with SQL; * Interest in Human Resources or administrative areas
