




**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Monitoring and processing of payments; * Requesting certificates from notary offices and public agencies; * Requesting notarial services (signature verification, document authentication, power-of-attorney certificate, and deed certificate); * Issuing payment slips (e.g., IPTU, ITBI, land subdivision fees, etc.); * Liaising with the Real Estate Registry Office (CRI) regarding budgeting, review and calculation, mortgage registration, demolition, adjudication, deed registration, etc.; * Assisting in assembling physical incorporation files (documentation) for submission to notary offices; * Archiving physical documents; * Submitting requests in the SAP system (partner registration, payment releases); * Acting as liaison with third parties (general document delivery and collection, etc.); **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration. Basic or intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency SAP system knowledge is a plus
